Restaurant Pleter is located in New Vukovar. It is the part of the town that had always been an administrative centre of Vukovar with numerous significant institutions in its immediate vicinity, including the Municipal and the County courts, the Polytechnic Lavoslav Ružička and the Vukovar hospital.
